Going back to the famous saying that we mentioned earlier "The Early Bird Gets The Worm" and of course we all heard that "There Are Only 24HRS In A Day". We'll both of those sayings stands true. A lot of the people that we deal with on our platforms (and our everyday lives) are creators. They find it hard to get everything accomplished within the allotted time given in a day. This is why even those who "party", I mean "work" well into the late-night may opt to wake up early to have an advantage over their competitors who decided to sleep in. Also this work ethics ensures that the individual was able to make deadline awhile maintaining self-discipline.
No Interruptions
Since most people are not going to be up at 5 am (especially those who are in an early timezone than yourself) you won't be interrupted by phone calls and emails. Most people are not going to call you even if they are up at the same time. Many people use this quiet time to slowly ease into their daily tasks. You can use this time to plan your day, meditate and exercise.
Fewer Procrastination Traps
When people procrastinate they tend to replace the items that they were "supposed to be doing" with tasks that they either just thought about or by tasks that pop up ie distractions. Distractions usually pop up throughout the day and are typical however during the early mornings you'll notice that distractions are typically far and few. Use this time to get the most done distraction-free.
Adoption of Good Habits
Those who are able to maintain a schedule of 5:am typically are people who are self-disciplined and are naturally born leaders. Once you begin to start the routine of waking up early and using your time in the most productive way you'll notice that you have set the foundations of setting good habits.
